Bio-Medical Research Ltd (“BMR”) and its Neurotech division are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Web Site Privacy Policy (Policy) together with our terms of use, sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Neurotech does not collect personally identifiable information about you (including, but not limited to, your name, address, telephone number, and email address) unless you provide it to us voluntarily

This Policy applies to all information submitted to Neurotech via its web site located at www.neurotechgroup.com and any information received from product or warranty registration cards, or provided to a customer service representative over the phone. Please read the following carefully to understand Neurotech’s view and practices regarding your personal data and how Neurotech will treat it.

All personal information, which you provide on this site, will be kept confidential. Neurotech and certain service providers that provide services to Neurotech in relation to the site will have access to such information and Neurotech will obtain undertakings from such service providers to keep such information confidential. Neurotech will not sell, rent, or release your name, e-mail address, or any other personal details to a third party (excluding associated companies of Neurotech). We will not disclose any of your personal information unless you authorise us to do so, the law requires it, or to protect the rights or property of Neurotech.

At Neurotech, we recognise that our clients expect privacy and security for the non-public information they provide to us. If you choose to submit personally identifiable information to us via this web site, we will use your information in accordance with this Policy. Neurotech does not wish to collect personal information from children under 13 years of age. If we become aware that a user under the age of 13 has submitted information or is attempting to submit information, we will notify the user that he or she is not eligible to submit information to us. We will then expunge from our records that user's personally identifiable information.

What information may Neurotech collect from you?

In order to accommodate your product inquiries, delivery and other requests, we may collect and process the following data about you:
We may ask you to submit your first and last name, telephone number, regular mail and email addresses. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence. Neurotech may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you are not obliged to respond to them. Details of transactions you carry out through our site and of the fulfilment of your orders may also be collected and processed.
Although we may share the above information with affiliates and third party service providers (as further described below), we will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information to non-affiliated third parties.

Do we use cookies and other tracking mechanisms?

This is statistical data about our users’ browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual. To whom do we disclose your information?

Subject to applicable law, we and our service providers disclose your personal information: To our affiliates, including our parent Bio-Medical Research and its subsidiary companies; To unaffiliated third parties that are under contract to perform services for or on behalf of Neurotech, and are required to uphold and maintain Neurotech's policies with respect to privacy and the treatment of your personally identifiable information (e.g., vendors maintaining Neurotech's computer databases or performing fulfilment activities for Neurotech relating solely to products and services provided by Neurotech and its affiliates); and to other persons as required by applicable law or regulation.

How can your information be changed or deleted?

If you believe your information is incorrect or incomplete, please let us know and we will correct or update it promptly. You may contact us by sending an email to info@neurotechgroup.com.
In order to stop receiving electronic communications from us, you may unsubscribe to our newsletters and other notification services by following the unsubscribe directions included at the end of each email we send. How will we notify you if this Policy changes?
We will post any material changes to this Policy at least thirty (30) days prior to the changes taking effect. If we do make material changes to this policy, a notice will appear on this web site. After the changes take effect, all current and new information will be subject to the terms of the revised Policy.

How do we protect your information and where is it stored?

Neurotech maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your personally identifiable information.

Except as described in this policy, Neurotech will not use your personally identifiable information for any other purpose unless we first obtain your express authorisation. Neurotech will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Although Neurotech will do its best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to its site; any transmission is at your own risk. Once Neurotech has received your information, it will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
